Terms and Conditions

  1. Greater Gold Coast Removals will deliver the goods you order to the address you specify in your order, within the agreed time frame, subject to their availability.
  2. Great Gold Coast Removals days of operation for delivery are Tuesday and Thursday servicing locations across the Gold Coast. The minimum delivery fee is $12.95. The delivery fee is also subject to the quantity and size of your order.
  3. Once your order has been placed, Greater Gold Coast Removals will provide you with a confirmation. Should you wish to amend your order details or have any queries, please contact our customer service team on 0412 330 827.
  4. The standard timeframe for delivery is 3-5 business days for metro areas. Please note, due to COVID19, our deliveries experience delays under restrictions when in place.
  5. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by Greater Gold Coast Removals to be authorised to receive the goods.
  6. If there is no-one at the delivery address or no-one of appropriate age to receive the order, Greater Gold Coast Removals may charge you additional delivery fees or leave in a safe place dependant on weather conditions. We will also leave in a safe place at your request.
  7. Once the goods are delivered to you, you will own them, and it is your responsibility if they are lost or damaged.
  8. Greater Gold Coast Removals offers a 7-day return policy on “Dead on Arrival”, “Incorrectly Shipped” or “Damaged in Transit” goods. Shipping charges may apply and are not refundable.
