Both the crews that helped load and unload were exceptional, good natured and quick working. They were considerate with all our belongings especially our two motorbikes which they transported with exceptional care. Excellent service with reasonable pricing.

Scott and his assistant picked up and packed 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and a study with care and such a lovely manner. Scott was communicative, clear with timing, and took great care when collecting and packing the truck. They worked consistently, without rushing and ensured that walls and belongings were protected. I booked through a company who subcontracts to GCC, but will definitely book directly next time. Excellent work, absolutely stress-free for me.

I will never use Greater Gold Coast Removals again, and I strongly caution others to think twice before trusting them with your move. I booked Greater Gold Coast Removals for a house move on the 16th of June, 2025, with the booking made well in advance on the 5th of June. Nathan, who had moved my family before, recognised my account and knew exactly who he was dealing with.Despite that, he sent a small truck that was clearly not suitable for the size of the move. The movers told me they’d need to do two trips—meaning more time and more money out of my pocket. When I called Nathan to raise the issue, he was completely dismissive. He said, “That’s all I have. If you don’t like it, tell them to go.” Before I could say much else, he hung up on me without another word. No apology, no attempt to resolve the issue—just flat-out disregard. It felt like he was trying to pressure me into accepting the situation because it was moving day and he assumed I had no other choice. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. There was no transparency, no care, and no respect for the customer. What should have been a straightforward move turned into a stressful and costly ordeal.

Thanks again GGC Removals - I think this is my 3rd time with you guys. Watene, Blake & Josh were super-efficient, professional, on-time and with great communication - not to mention really fun guys to get through the slog of moving with. Our heroes today!! Recommend for GC to Brisbane.

What an awesome team many thanks to Terry, Mike and Allan they were fantastic. Totally recommend them if you are moving. I will definitely use then when I move into my new build in March!

We’ve just used Nathan and his team to move our 4/5 bedroom house worth of furniture and all the trimmings. Allen was super professional and managed to safely pack everything into the truck. The other two lads were super nice and friendly. They all worked super hard to get the job done asap. I’d like to thank Nathan as we did have to change the moving date which he did with no problems.
